Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Opened products can be returned if there's a quality issue
  • We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

How To Return

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Pack items securely and ship to our returns address
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • If you prefer, we can also issue store credit with a 10% bonus value

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage!
  • We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
  • For damaged deliveries, please retain all packaging as this may be required for the claim process.
