How should I store olive oil?

Store your olive oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. The pantry or a kitchen cupboard is ideal. Our bottles are dark to protect the oil from light, but proper storage will ensure it stays fresh longer.

What is the difference between Extra Virgin and regular olive oil?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade. It's cold-pressed within hours of harvest without any heat or chemicals, preserving all the natural flavours and health benefits. Regular olive oil is often refined and lacks the complex flavours of EVOO.

How long does olive oil last?

Our olive oil is best consumed within 18 months of the harvest date (printed on the bottle). Once opened, we recommend using it within 3-6 months for optimal freshness

Orders and Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia. International shipping to other countries is available for orders over $200 NZD. Contact us for a shipping quote.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery within New Zealand takes 2-5 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Do I need to book for a tasting?

Yes, bookings are essential for all visits. This ensures we can give you and your group the best possible experience. Book online or call us.

Is the estate wheelchair accessible?

Tours follow gravel paths and surrounding steep country which may be challenging for wheelchairs. Please contact us to discuss accessibility needs.
